About Menegroth

My site came online on the 2nd June 2006, as Lorien Dolls, it went through many layouts and changes until I was statisfied with it. I left it at that for two years, as I lost internet connection and Lorien Dolls slowly fell into decay. The around the October of 2007 I regained my connection and I gave Lorien Dolls a make over and a new liece (sp) of life, changing it's layout and the was changed to Menegroth: The Thousand Caves. Then on the 25th May 09 I changed the link.

I met Sumi on the old NR boards in 2005, she was one of the first one's to welcome me onto the board and we gradually kept on talking about Lotr and stuff, then in late 2005 we lost connection as the NR boards changed and Sumi left. But in early 2006 I found MEE, and we carried on talking there. In around October 2006 I asked her to become sisters, here's the gift I sent her:

She is a really great friend and always a joy to speak to.

Again, this also started on the NR boards and MEE. Lee is a wonderful person and is always willing to help others. She was the first person to introduce me into dolling with her doll of Anutar, she did:

Lee gaveme loads of tips on improving and it was always a joy to read her comments and messages. In the November of 2006 I asked her to be my sister...

I was a little nevous about asking her to be my sister site,though w'd know each other for over a year, but she replied with a lovely gift saying yes...

Lee doesn't doll much now and her site seems to have closed but we still keep contact on DA.

Site: Midnight Musings

This all started on Tg after I Pm'ed Ela with a hallowe'en gift, and we ended up sending the same titled pm back and forth for at least four months talking about a variety of stuff such as Lotr, dolls etc, until a message she sent me was kind of gobbled up by the Tg monster and the pm title changed. It surprised me just how long we'd been talking seeing as all my other pm conversations hadn't lasted long, but it's such a joy to log in to Tg to find a pm from Ela, and her messages always make me smile.

In April 09 I sent her a gift asking if she'd like to be sisters...

I really was nervous when I sent this, I was unsure how she'd reply since we'd only been talking since October 08, but when I opened my pm from her the next day, I found this at the bottom XD

And the lovely real gift...

Our pm conversations have contnued and as always they are a constant joy to read.
